Its always nice to hear that that a customer is happy with the Service that they have received from booking the repair to the engineer attending & completing the repair. Repaircare also confirmed on one email that “they were providing the repairer with technical support”, this was absolute nonsense – I know this as I was speaking directly to the repairer.

I felt the Timbabuild was easier again to sand down. Once sanded down they both had similar finishes to them. The Timbabuild has a finish more of wood filler which I prefer. The Repaircare has a slightly more shiny finish Why choose repaircare for your Appliance Repairs?

They say that, so far as they were concerned, the job had been satisfactorily completed regardless of Hotpoint’s new engineer "bookings" . Repaircare are so sorry to hear that the engineer assigned to your booking did not repair your appliance & that you have not received a good Customer Journey. Although you have now had your appliance repaired we would very much like the opportunity to look into the issues you have raised further.
